OUR STORY
Over 25 years of professional experience in artistic confectionery have taught us the tremendous importance of high-quality raw materials — not only for the quality of the final product, but also for ease of handling and the aesthetic result that can be achieved.
In 2015, we decided to produce ourselves some of the essential raw materials in which we had accumulated decades of experience. Initially, we wanted to meet our own need for materials of very high quality, easy to use, with excellent aesthetic results — always placing particular emphasis on flavor.
With the confectioner in mind — whether professional or amateur — and focused on their needs, we created the Melilot product line, which has been continually enriched ever since. Melilot products are designed for every kind of «creator»: from the experienced pastry chef and the hobbyist or professional sugar artist, to the home baker. Our product lines cover every need. Even the most demanding professional — who seeks not only perfect results but also speed and efficiency — will easily find materials suited to changes in temperature and humidity, as well as to the particularities of each season or region.
